Referral Program
How it Works!
To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred traveler must successfully complete a minimum 13-week assignment without cancellation or early termination.
Referral bonuses will only be issued after assignment completion and verification by MNA.
All referral bonus requests must be submitted and claimed within 30 days of the traveler’s completed assignment end date.
Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for payment.
Referral bonuses are limited to one payout per referred traveler and apply only to the traveler’s initial completed 13-week assignment.

Referral Program Rules & Eligibility Requirements
Referral submissions must be made by a new traveler at the time of application by identifying you as the referring party. Both the referrer’s and referred traveler’s full name and contact information must be included on the application, along with a completed MNA Referral Form. Incomplete submissions may result in disqualification from the referral program.
To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred caregiver (RN, LPN, CNA, or allied professional) must be a new contact to MNA Healthcare and not currently active or previously registered within MNA Healthcare’s database.
The referred traveler must begin an assignment within 120 days of the original referral application date and must successfully complete a minimum 13-week assignment without cancellation, disciplinary termination, or early contract end.
Referral bonuses are processed approximately 30 days following verification and successful completion of the traveler’s initial 13-week assignment. All referral bonus inquiries or disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the traveler’s assignment completion date. Requests received after this timeframe may not be honored.
If the referrer is actively on assignment with MNA Healthcare at the time of payout, the bonus will be issued through the standard payroll process. If the referrer is not actively working on the assignment, MNA Accounting will contact the individual to verify mailing information before issuing payment.
Any outstanding balances, accounts receivable obligations, or financial liabilities owed to MNA Healthcare must be resolved in full prior to the release of any referral bonus payment. All federal, state, and local tax obligations associated with referral bonus payments remain the sole responsibility of the recipient, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
MNA Healthcare reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral bonus program and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
