Due to our continuing growth, MNA Healthcare is seeking successful, experienced Recruiters (Placement Specialists) to add to our team. You will cultivate business relationships with your traveling healthcare professionals, provide exceptional customer service, and become a valued member of MNA Healthcare.

  • 2 years of related recruitment or business development (sales) experience.
  • Experience and understanding of the recruiting and staffing process from beginning to end; a strategic thinker who is always looking at how the process can be improved.
  • Successful in attaining or surpassing revenue quota; thrives on the challenge, comfortable making cold calls.
  • Experience building successful relationships with candidates in order to attract and retain their business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills including forming/sending well written emails and text messages.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and independent thinker/decision maker

Credentialing Specialist

The Credentialing Specialist’s primary’s job is to ensure that the personnel of a facility is licensed and certified as mandated by state and federal regulations. A Credentialing Specialist maintains the credentialing and re-credentialing process within the department. You act as a conduit between the healthcare professional and the staffing vendor or facility to verify legal compliance and to maintain accurate records of all healthcare professionals.
